ATIS is the arena of my long cherished dreams. It should not be considered as a money making machine, even if we earn money through it's various activities, only because our motto is not to extract profit as is defined in terms of industrial capitalism norms. It is the pavement on which I want to erect myself upright to serve the deserving but resourceless and impoverished unemployed youth, who is always trapped in a powerful whirlpool of confusions and tears. I truly proclaim that I want to validate Gandhiji's Tallisman in my life, here on this platform i.e. my ATIS.

O my comrades ! This world is an equally potent platform for both knowledge and ignorance. Let me share a view that the wages that one receives as because of his being an employee to an employer, is just like a full moon, at the time of receiving that from the employer but gradually it becomes the new moon and grows towards utter darkness till the end of the month or say after some duration. Moreover, the gap between the full moon and new moon starts increasing day by day, as one becomes increasingly insincere and irresponsible towards his/her job or responsibility, whatever we say that. My point of sharing is simple but a prominent truth that, efforts of individuals only counts for their growth not the wages. Of course wages pave the way to the future growth and development of an individual ascertaining the reward of his sincerity and productivity towards his responsibility in the organisation. I mean, we should try hard by pouring every ounce of our life to minimise the gap of full moon and new moon. Thus reflecting our ultimate professionalism in our life. Let's determine to transform the salary paid by an employer to an ever satisfying fruit of our effoerts, that is bathed profusely in our very blood and sweat. Let's hail the hard working professionals!!!
